Benita McMahon

Director & Real Estate Agent
Benita McMahon is a real estate agent and director of WIRE Property Agents together with her brother Troy Wade. Benita has a long family history and association with real estate, with her grandfather Bob Wade owning Bob Wade Real Estate in Dalby and her parents who own Wade Real Estate in Warwick, which they’ve had since the late 1980s.

Benita’s experience with the family business and work in customer service allowed her to develop her true passion for property. This culminated in the decision to purchase Warren Inch Real Estate with her brother Troy Wade in December 2018. Due to continued business growth, the business was renamed WIRE Property Agents in early 2021.

Having lived in Toowoomba for over 20 years, Benita moved to Highfields in 2018 and loves the country atmosphere and all the amazing facilities the local community offers. Located only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, Benita loves the community spirit, peacefulness, space, beautiful cafes, restaurants and great local schools on offer in Highfields, and the Toowoomba region. Outside of work, Benita loves being with her family, renovating her home, gardening and supporting her children with their sporting activities. One of her favourite places in Highfields is visiting Peace Haven Park, especially in autumn when you get to experience all the beautiful colours of the season.

Benita can provide clients with a personalised approach to selling their home, with the added benefit of interior design styling assistance and great advice to help you correctly stage your house for sale. She offers a range of property styling solutions to assist you to sell your property for the best possible sale result. From an empty home that needs a full styling service, through to simply adding fresh linen and decorative accessories to ensure it appeals to your potential buyers.

When purchasing a property, Benita recommends going with your heart. If you have any doubt then she recommends that you walk through the property a few times before you take the next step. And don’t be afraid to ask the agent lots of questions and to do your research before you commit to a contract. If you’re looking to sell, then style, simplicity, warmth and love will help to make your property stand out and help buyers fall in love as soon as they walk through the door.

When you buy or sell a property with Benita she wants you to walk away feeling content with the home you’ve just purchased or sold, and that it has been a stress-free, pleasant experience as you enter the next chapter of your life.

With fabulous restaurants, cafes and shopping, the Toowoomba region is a great place to live. Outside of work Troy enjoys spending time working on his acreage property.

Katrina Mundt

Office Manager
Katrina is our bubbly, vibrant receptionist and administration guru at WIRE Property Agents. She has worked in administration, real estate and finance and has a vast knowledge of and love for the Toowoomba region. With lots of opportunities on offer, Katrina loves that Toowoomba feels like a big city, but is also small enough that you will see friends when out and about.

One of Katrina’s favourite things about living in our beautiful Toowoomba and Highfields region is the climate. She loves feeling all four seasons and being able to layer with beautiful fashion, from local fashion boutiques in the area.

Katrina loves working in real estate as she finds it both challenging and rewarding, with no two days ever the same. She loves the excitement of owners selling their homes for new adventures and buyers starting the next chapter in their new homes.

Outside of work you can find Katrina spending time with her family and friends, and with three children, she’s always kept on her toes with school and sporting commitments. Together with her husband and children, she also enjoys travelling and discovering new places locally and throughout Australia.

Saree Beasley

Property Manager
Saree is our Property Manager extraordinaire who has been working in the real estate industry for over 5 years. Having grown up in Toowoomba and Highfields, she has witnessed a lot of changes in the area during her life.

Saree loves that Toowoomba offers a laidback lifestyle, with touches of city life, while maintaining true to its country roots. From the dreamy countryside experiences, breathtaking parks, mouth-watering food and laneways filled with one-of-a-kind street art, Toowoomba and Highfields are the perfect community for raising a young family.

Whether people are looking to move to the region for work, the excellent schools, or the diverse sporting and cultural opportunities, Saree enjoys helping people settle in the Toowoomba region and believes it is one of the most desirable places to live in not only Queensland, but Australia.

Saree enjoys working in real estate because no two days are the same. Every day provides new challenges, and working with both tenants and landlords to manage their property. She enjoys being able to play an integral role in the success of landlord’s investment properties.

Outside of work you can find Saree travelling (only in Australia at the moment), relaxing and spending time with her family.

Due to being such a fabulous place to live, Toowoomba and surrounding areas are experiencing an extremely low vacancy rate, making it difficult to secure a rental property. Some inspections can be incredibly competitive, and if you’re up against other shining candidates then it sometimes only comes down to timeliness. Saree’s top tip is to ensure you have everything you need for your application ready ahead of time, before you inspect the property so that your rental application can be processed quickly.

Roger Foxton

Real Estate Agent
Roger is an experienced real estate sales agent, who’s been working in the industry for over 14 years. He loves living in Highfields and working on his own rural block when he’s not assisting people with their real estate sale or purchase.

Roger understands the importance of assisting sellers to achieve the best price possible when selling their property and he aims to provide a great experience for both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process. He prides himself on excellent communication with all parties during the sale or purchase and loves working with repeat clients that he has built relationships with.

Roger’s top tip for those selling their property is that presentation is paramount. Presenting your property in the best light can greatly assist in improving the final sale price achieved. And if you’re a buyer searching for a property, quality really counts when making one of the biggest purchases of your life. Roger also recommends engaging with a real estate agent who is honest and cares about your next property sale or purchase, because it will provide you with peace of mind when dealing with one of your most valuable assets.
